Andrew Miller currently serves as the Choir Director at Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, Kentucky. Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Andrew attended the School for the Creative and Performing Arts at Lafayette High School. He won the prestigious Alltech Vocal Scholarship Competition in 2011, later receiving his Bachelor’s of Music Education degree from the University of Kentucky, studying under Dr. Everett McCorvey and Dr. Jefferson Johnson.
Andrew began his teaching career at Henderson County High School in Henderson, Kentucky, helping to develop a program of over 150 singers and establishing the School of the Fine Arts magnet program during his two years there. Later, he received Master’s in Choral Conducting degree from the University of Louisville, studying under Dr. Kent Hatteberg. While in Louisville, Andrew served as the conductor of the University of Louisville Singing Cardsmen, and acted as a guest conductor for all other University Choral Ensembles.
